On the morning of January 19th, I started collecting links – as many as I can find with minimal effort – that discuss the Albert Pujols contract discussions. Why? Who knows, yet here they are. Oh, and to serve you all, our three loyal readers! The Daily Pujols certainly won’t be a comprehensive list, but between local, national, and [...]

Been collecting links (and a few other goodies) all day in the interest of sharing with you loyal three readers… Patrick Rishe writes at Forbes.com that he believes the Cards’ deep run into the playoffs and World Series appearance further cements the chances that Albert Pujols will re-sign with St. Louis. At the Mariners blog [...]

I had to laugh at the headline link on ESPN.com (that’s the Eastern Seaboard Promotion Network, for those of us in the Midwest) after Tuesday night’s Cardinals – Tigers game. Now that Tony LaRussa’s self-proclaimed primary focus in the free agent market has signed on for several millions with the Los Angeles of Anaheim, Orange County, California, USA Angels – where do the Cardinals turn next? The Cardinals have, at least in the opinion of this humble scribe, several holes yet to fill as they [...]

Ok, so I don’t have any great way for you to influence that decision. What I do have, is a link to a post over at Redbird Review, where John dug up a great article on Page 2 at ESPN.com about the typical responses to Albert Pujols’ chances to win the NL MVP. Cruise over [...]
