The Cardinals made the expected move today, sending one-time closer Jason Isringhausen to a DL stint, and calling up Chris Perez from AAA Memphis.
One can only wonder if this is the end of Izzy’s rope, with this being the final year of his contract.
Godspeed Izzy. Get your arm worked out and get back to St. Louis.
